Four wheel disc

whats the best way to get rear disc on a 97 eclb 4x, axle swap or kit?
if axle swap how do you deal with the proportioning valve?
if kit which one?

You can do it all with factory '01-02 parts. Axle, master cylinder, prop valve, etc.
