White smoke at high rpm

Hi I have a 2000 f250 7.3 I have just finished building this truck from the ground up. But cannot figure out why when I hit about 2000-2300 rpm it blows a lot of white smoke and legs in power any suggestions?

Do you have bigger injectors, tuner, and how many miles are on the hpop ?

I do not have bigger injectors but do have a tuner and I'm not sure how many miles are on the hpop the truck has a 170,000 miles and I bought it about 6 months ago
