I just got a holset he351 turbo for cheap off a friend of mine. It has a 67mm upgrade from Turbo labs of America. Has 0 miles on it and a oem holset rebuild. It will be going on a 2000 Dodge Ram 3500 24v cummins. Built Auto tranny to 750hp, will be getting a fass 150 before the new turbo or injectors go on. Thanks in advance
