Does anyone out there have any knowledge of setting up a fuel speed governer on the 8.2ltr Detroit engine I live in England and trying to find a mechanic over here thats worked on Detroits is virtually impossible, I do have the work shop manual for this engine, ive been on utube hoping that I could find a video of someone setting one up but to no luck , would appreciate any help thanks
