Hey everyone im new to this website and having a diesel so i need a little help i have a 1998.5 Dodge Cummins and it won't go into gear itll start and run but won't go into gear it needs the ecm flashed but im not sure if thatll keep it from going into gear or not im being told its the govoner pressure sensor can someone help me out please. Thanks!

 

The ECM doesn't control the trans. The PCM does. Reflashing wont do a thing. Scan for codes and see what the problem is.
