Default I have questions about my current setup

I have a 2003 24v common rail with compound turbo setup which are hx35/40 hybrid with s480 with dual cp3 and dual bunged rail fads fuel system and 200% over injectors smarty stacked with tst that made 800+whp no don't get me wrong truck has a lot of power but I still have way to much fuel so would a 369sxe/s480 help clear that up can someone help me

More air will help but I think tuning is more effective since you aren't looking for more hp necessarily. Switch to HP tuning and ditch the stacked tuning!

Like I can turn my truck all the way up and it never clears up so hats y I think I need a bigger turbo

It's all in your tuning. Get rid of the stacked programmers, that's a long timer ago when people stacked. Get HP or UDC pro tuning. You do have more fuel then your turbos can handle.
