Edge juice only putting out 5volts?

Default Edge juice only putting out 5volts?
Been running an Edge Juice with Attitu for a while. Then yesterday the monitor would not come on. Tested the voltage come out of the juice module and was only 5 volts. All wires are good 12v go in 5v come out
