I am in need of front brakes on my 98' Cummins 4x4. From what I have read, it's a real tough job. Both rotors are worn and the total repair job could run 1000.$ or more, so my question is.

What year front axel with the updated brake assy. fit my 98' with disc brakes, and would it be a better investment as far as saving money on future brake jobs?

I would appreciate some input on this issue.
