My truck is sluggish. Takes off in 2 or 3rd. Wont downshift when turning if i try to stop at stopsign it acts like its trying to takeoff. Will not manullly downshift too 1st either. Replaced governer pressure solenoid and sensor. Cleaned all ground batteries are 3 mnths old. Dont know what to do anymore. Im at witts end. Any help please. 01 2500 4x4 50 horse injector exhaust.

 

Have you scanned for codes? If its taking off in a gear that's not 1st then there is something wrong.
