What is the fiesabilty for this swap? How to maintain your door locks,tach,cruise,ac through the body control computer?

This swap has been done to an 04 tahoe and have seen 6bt into a yukon xl. There is a guy on youtube deebos garage that did a similar tahoe. Not sure all the details but it isnt a new swap.
I have been toying with the idea of repowering my 06 yukon with a 4bd1t for a while. Once i get closer i will looking into it further.

I believe the 05s have a body computer separate from the engine harness, so you could probably just pull that stuff out and use the engine harness off the Cummins. Or find a harness off a donor truck that had a Duramax and use that. All the body stuff should just plug in, and then swap the Duramax engine harness for your Cummins harness. I tried looking through the books for our 06 Sierra, but GM has to have some of the most complicated wiring diagrams in this side of the galaxy. Good luck.
