Need help with vp44 pump.

Can I put a 235hp in place of a 215hp on my 98.5 24valve ram 3500? Need help ASAP.

Yes the HO pump will work on a SO engine

HO pump is 245 hp. I don't think they make a 215 hp vp anymore. All have been updated to the 235. Also just get a standard vp as it responds better to tuning that the hot rod pumps. No reason to waste money.
