drove truck home had no issue parked for 20 mins came out battery dead then wait start flashing wont start shop say blowing fuse for lift pump there is short some where so put power to pump it work but vp44 not pumping fuel anyone have pump go out of blue like this?

 

Sounds like you have a positive wire grounding out somewhere. Do you have any codes?

 

not sure about codes getting truck back home today and try look into it i honestly dont think its dead vp44. correct if im wrong there is no fuse for lift pump just injection pump?
