Driving around all day with no problems, then go to back up into a parking stall and now no reverse and it will not shift out of first any ideas

 

Try your 4x4 gears. Check your trans fluid obviously. Auto Tranny's can be funky. My buddy lost all gears except 1st and Reverse and it ended up being something in his Transfer Case of all things. I still don't understand it.

 

I had it rebuilt 5 years ago and added a granny cooler from a V10 and have not got it over 195 degrees, the Transmission shop is saying it was burnt and needed a rebuild. It does not make sense
