1st gen turbo swap

I have a 90 cummins with the h1c and I have a hx40 laying around. I read it's a common swap to do but I'm afraid to blow the head off. Is it worth swapping out?? I have everything to do the swap

you blow anything keep the boost under 45 psi and the head gasket will be safe

What size exhaust housing is on that?
Maybe a little lazy spooling.
