Default 6.5 liter trouble codes

Hi guys I am new here and i have been having issues with my 1995 chevy 3500 with a 6.5 automatic. The issues started a week or so ago when i got home and tried to shut it off and i turned the key off and nothing it kept running so i pulled the use for the pcm. the next day i took it out and it wont shift out of second got back home shut it off and it shut off. So i than began to look for answers i started out by replacing the 1-2-3-4 shift sylinoids. no luck there than i pulled the codes and this is what i got 15,31,39,46,47,57,68,78,81,82,83,84,99 if anyone can help me to find out where to start to fix this i would appreate the help and advice i dont want to get rid of it the engine only has 60000 on it iwould like to fix it but i also dont want to sink a ton of money into it

Welcome to Diesel Bombers and first of don't panic because I'm willing to bet that you may be experiencing a ground issue there is no way all those parts referred in them codes have failed I would start by pulling all grounds apart and cleaning them especially the one on the rear passenger side cylinder head then disconnect the batteries for a couple minutes and try. Again.

And it may help to know exactly what kind of truck we are dealing with especially the 8th digit of the vin number.

And the not shutting off thing may be in the ignition switch.
