6.0 Glow plug issue

Default 6.0 Glow plug issue

hi guys i am needing to see if any of your guys that are alot smarter about this trucks than i am can help me out
i have a 04 f350 6.0 powerstroke that until lately i havent had any issues starting -15 on some days but reciently i had all 8 injectors replaced (by ford) and now if my block gets below 50 degrees it will not start without a shot of truck dope
if i plug it in i have no issues starting it
i am at a loss to figure this out i have replaced all 8 glow plugs, both harnesses, the control module and the ficm. i have no idea where to go so any help would be appreciated

Default Glowplugs

How is your glow plug relay? Also, can you hear your injectors buzzing when you turn the key on. Seems like your glowplugs arent working at all.

I apologize for the last reply I didnt read your post fully. So you replaced all those parts and at this time with key on they all have power? How many volts?

i have 12 volts going to the controller,at least on the two large wires going into each side
i pulled a plug wire and with he key on i have 12 volts at the plug
