Default Ve pump stuck open
Had pump rebuilt by a friend because it developed a leak now the truck runs wide open any idea what could have happened when he rebuilt it any way i could fix this

No where near a expert on these pumps.
Points I would consider, fuel screw in too far , throttle lever indexed wrong , governor spring not hooked up , binding linkage internally

Ill probably look at the fuel screw see how far its turned in

It wasnt the fuel screw how do i index the throttle lever
