So I just finished building my 92 f350 with e4od and runs amazing btw. But I sold my dad a duramax with over 800 ponies.. so obviously way behind in power I know I won't catch up to that but I do want to increase performance.. which turbo kit do you guys prefer and does anyone have any used kits/parts to sell me. I built it myself so trying to keep costs down.. also looking for bumper, cab lights, hornso, etc going to air bag suspension soon.

 

One way to go is to find a 94 pre power stroke turbo [vin code K] and pull the turbo, pipes, injectors and other items you will need like the injector pump. That is a manual turbo but does wake up a IDI. I had a 6.9 and a 7.3 K code and a HUGE difference in HP. Some difference in torque. Banks also used to make a turbo kit. Dunno if that is still an option.
