Default Idle seems low

Hello every one I am new here I have 94 chev c1500 6.5 non turbo truck starts and runs good but idle seems awfully low (just above second tick on rpm gauge) cel light comes on some times but if I tap foot feed or flip high idle switch it goes away I did the lift pump test and wasn't getting fuel at filter so I replaced the lift pump and filter, truck started right up but still doesn't have fuel at filter If I jump the fuse I have fuel at filter and t handle but my idle still doesn't go up to where I think it should be should I replace ops ? Sorry for long post

Electronic injection no adjustments to be made, you sure you have the right pulley on the alternator? A larger one would make it seem the rpm's low the alternator provides the signal to the tachometer.

What codes are you getting?

And AC/DELCO only for replacement parts.
