Hey guys, I'm looking into buying an sct x4 tuner and was wondering what are the most beneficial custom tunes out there for fuel economy as well as what tunes are good for power. I have a 2001 7.3 dually currently I am running a super chips flashpaq on the heavy tow tune. Does anyone know if I could possibly get custom tunes for the superchip? Thanks in advance!

 

There is nothing you can do with the superchips. The SCT is not a good option on the 7.3. it's good for the 6.0 but not for your engine. The best thing you can run on a 7.3 is the hydra. Fuel mileage largely depends on your right foot. Some people get their best milage on a race tune, some get it on a tow or daily driver tune.
