How do you know you have high EGTs? What do you consider to be "high"? Is the truck modified? What are the circumstances? First thing I'd look for is a boost leak.

Of course I have a egt gauge and yes I have mods not to many but running 1000 to 1100 at 70 75 miles an hour isnt good and I've tried some things but nothing has worked. Had a overheating problem and still do kinda. It's weird. Seems to cool great at idle but not driving... that's backwards. And sometimes it's the complete opposite. So im lost

1100° isn't hot. Now, if you're averaging 1100 at highway speeds something is probably less than ideal, but if it's just getting up there on hills or flats into a headwind, it isn't particularly unusual for a not stock 12V. Especially if you have anything like oversize tires (it's hard not to, the stockers are tiny).

If it doesn't ever go below four digits, that is unusual. Not dangerous, but way less than ideal and it could contribute to your water temp fluctuations. How's the smoke? What kind of boost are you making at those temps?
