Buying an 06 5.9L cummins

So I'm buying my first diesel truck!
Its 2006 5.9L turbo diesel.
I checked for blow by and no smoke. Looks clean af. Has 124k on it. Is there anything I should be looming for before I sign for it?

Make sure front end is tight- trans been done yet? Shift points feel solid? Any upgrades? No blow by is great- just be sure to spend some dough. Gotta pay to play the diesel game!
