Hey guys

Something weird happened tonight that I've never heard or saw before. I changed my fuel filter and decided to drive it and so i put my foot to the flow, just because i drive a cummins anyways my truck shutoff and i lost oil pressure. At this point i was freaking out thinking i just smoked my truck, but then i was able to start it easily and
It had normal oil pressure.

What could be the problem here? did my oil sump just not keep up. No leaking anywhere and was on fill line when i pulled the dip still.
