I have a whining noise and wondered if anyone has experienced this. Im getting 26-28lbs of boost.

 

Could be your girlfriend/wife telling you to slow down? That's the only whining I've ever had in my truck. The kids often create a whine as well...check both of those. Turning up the radio can cure that, a little duct tape can go a long way as well.
