Upgrade engine

I have a 1996 Ford F-150 4x4 and I want to put a Ford Diesel engine in what do I have to do to that

it will be a lot of work. probably easiest if you had a donor vehicle that you could swap everything from the cab down or just put your cab on a different frame.

that f150 frame and front end could not handle that wight of that beast you would have a lot of work to do.
