Default Skipping

I had a bad plug on driver side valve cover harness. Replaced the valve cover and replaced external harness connectors. Now there is a slight skip at idle , but it becomes more evident while under a load. Very evident. Could the bad external plug have damaged an injector? Thanks in advance. (3 " down pipe no cat 5" exhaust, just removed TS chip)

I would do a buzz test to see if they are all firing like they should be
