I purchased the dpf-r 4.0 after doing a full delete and it never worked properly and always had the check engine light on. So I bought the h&s mini maxx from amazon through moredieselhp. I had it over nighted because I use my truck for work and needed to get it going asap. Got the mini maxx today and plugged into the obd port. It says insert micro sd card. It was supposed to come with the card already in the mini maxx but no card came with the shipment. I tried calling h&s but the # isn't in service. Tried looking up a # for more diesel HP and they don't have one listed...

This is very frustrating being out of work due to this crap. Is there another programmer option I could go with on my truck that has better customer service? Or does anyone know how I can get this mini maxx to work? I also read that h&s doesn't make these programmers anymore and mine is probably a counterfeit one. I also tried putting my own card in the mini maxx but that didn't work.

Thanks! Ill give him a call if this doesnt work ----> I just got a call from Canada... The guy from h&s said the sd card was supposed to be in there. He is over nighting me one and was very nice. Now let's just see if it shows up and works. He also said I could use my own card and download the programs from their website, but I'm not computer savvy enough for all that, I don't even have a computer. I'll just wait on the card and see if that works. Hopefully it doesn't fry my truck.
