2016 cummins edge

Hello all ive installed an edge cts in my buddies 2016 3500. He is having some issues with the unite not reading. Can anyone help!!!

Call edge- once you get off hold and talk to someone they are helpful. Probably a software update needed. I have needed several for my CTS2 before getting it right
