im a new owner of a 97 f250 7.3 it was sitting for 3 years because the owner passed away and it stopped running so he parked it wasn't getting fuel got it running and it lacks power and hesitates at WOT almost like it cuts out real quick then comes back on gets a little better once warmed up but not much blows a little black smoke on hard throttle if I put the chip on high idle rpms go steady for a couple seconds the drops a lil and goes back sometimes when it hiccups or misses I hear a clank noise everynow and then when it does it no SEL LIGHTS OR CODES I'm lost and new to these any help will be appreciated thank you
