Hey ive got a 91 12valve and it keeps air locking. Every time i drive it after i shut it down i have to crack an injector to get it to start. And if i park on a hill with the nose up it wont start either. Any help would be appreciated and thanks for your time.

 

Lift pump bad? maybe a bad check valve on the IP?

anyone ran into this problem?

 

I just put a new lift pump in it and it didn't help any.

 

 

Where is the check valve located at if you don't mind me asking.

 

Have you tried a new IP? air is getting in from somewhere.

Double check your fuel line connections all the way back to the tank.
Tighten clamps and all unions.
Does this happen on a quick restart or only after sometime?
