Default White smoke from exhaust and turbo

This is the most commonly asked question I know. Well it is a 02 7.3 has white smoke out the exhaust and oil pouring out on driver side rear of the motor and I removed the charge pipe to intercooler and I'm gettingjust as much smoke from the turbo as the exhaust. I've done some searching and seen some stuff about the EBPV actuator causing oil you run down the backside of the motor. I'm not able to do any testing as truck is in shop apart. I just did oil cooler since it was bad had oil in coolant tank. Usually when start the truck up it doesn't smoke right away. It idles for 30 seconds then sounds like turbo spools up and the smoke just starts coming form everything and oil starts pumping out on the ground.
Any idea/help with this will be gratefully appreciated.
