Default Fuel issues

I got an 05 6.0 and am having what i think are fuel issues. The truck has been running really rough, idle and during acceleration and random times when it would die when i let off the the accelerator while driving, since it was time to change filters i did so and it seemed to help for a week or so and now im back to square one. I have to cycle the ignition multiple times to get it to start and when it starts its very rough running, i have to keep foot on accelerator so it wont die, would a blue spring help this problem? Its on the list but i think i may have a bigger issue on my hands here.......truck has sct tuner, egr delete, bulletproofed and im showing good ficm voltage

Blue spring would be a good mod anyway...i wouldnt have a 6.0l without it. Its possible you have air in the fuel system somehow as well.
