I asked earlier about hacking off muffler only on 2012 cummins I have asked half a dozen people got half dozen diff. answers. truck is stock with exception of k& n filter and edge evo tuner I'm just looking for a little more noise without causing myself problems

Yes that's all I want at this moment

 

Just taking the muffler off isn't going to help your sound any. The cat,nox filter, and dpf will keep it quiet. Mine is just slightly louder than stock with the nox and dpf deleted. I still need to remove the cat or get a new downpipe.
