Im jesse and i have a 2000 f350 4x4 lifted 6inches on 35s with the 7.3 powerstroke. New turbo new injectors glow plugs and valve cover gaskets. With edge programmer 100hp 3 stage. Just put the new turbo on and im only able to get about 14psi max. What could b my problem. Boots dont look bad but i have had them off quite a few times in the past 3 months. Just installed new bellowed up pipes also. Id really appreciate some help. Thanks

 

my guess is a boost leak somewhere

 

Ive checked everywhere cant find a leak. Possible wastegate solenoid or even the wastegate?
