Question Rough run after oil change

So all I did was an oil change on my 2000 F450 7.3L and it runs very rough now. Wants to die out and is loud. Can putting too much oil in do this? Hope someone can help me, thank you!

Somewhere under 15, with the filter, it is reading perfect, I think that problem is ruled out. Just do not get it, NOTHING wrong with the truck before the oil change. Took it out to see if maybe there was just some air that needed worked out and it does not want to accelerate, did not get over 40 mph before turning around and bring her home. Do not want to hurt her worse.

Update:::: Did some reading and such and found most people only use the Ford issued Oil filter for compression reasons. So I picked up one of those and switched it out, still having the same issue. I can get her up in speed but she has no power. No way I am going to be towing anything with her this way!

Sounds to me like the oil pump took a ****. The oil pump down by the crank shaft feeds oil to the hpop so now you have shitty oil pressure feeding your injectors which run off oil pressure. Just an idea

Thank you to everyone for your advice along the way. The issue is fixed. It just so happened to be coincidence on timing. The problem was some corrosion in the wiring harness by the turbo. She purrrrrrrssss once again!! Happy Dance!!!
