I have 2 different scan tools, late model tools from OTC and MAC and both of them are having trouble completing the relearn process.
It will start, and then fail. I'll get a message stating there is a communication issue.

I"ve ensured all pre conditions are met, which is necessary for the tool to even open the procedure for relearning the TCM.

Anybody have any ideas?
