Can't find underhood plug for Bullydog unlock cable!!! Help!!!

I have a 2016 Cummins and I'm trying to use the Bullydog unlock cable, but I can't find any 3 prong connectors under the hood near the inlet pipe on drivers side. Does anyone know where it is?

It is wrapped tight on one the cable plugged into the intake elbow. It was hard to find for me too.
