I have a 2000 f350 7.3 4x4 on 35s. I recently rebuikt the turbo and it seems to b fine. It started to run rough and smoke. Buzz test and cylinder contribution test came out ok. Icp was low and ebpv was low. I disconected the ebov and tied it open. Still same issue. Changed the icp. Still same issue. Could this b a bad ipr. Would cleaning the ipr help

 

it cant hurt. You can rebuild yours pretty easy just don't lose any pieces.
