Having a charging issue with the truck, battery is good, new alternator put in (as well as testing with a known working alternator), wiring all appears good and checked all grounds. We suspect it may be the PCM but are looking for any suggestions and if there may be a external solution to the problem. Here are some numbers we took down if this helps at all:

batt volt: 13.2
w lights on: 12.45
alt batt term: 12.78
field one/two w key off: no volts
field one/two w key off: no resistance
field one running: 70 ohm
field two running: 50 ohm
field one/two running: no volts
