Default 1st gen steering problems

I have a 1991.5 first gen that is having what I hope is not major steering problems.... So here's what's going on, to drive straight the steering wheel has to be turned to the left (pulls to right with hands off wheel). If stopped I can turn the steering wheel straight and the wheels don't move, feels like its skipping a tooth or something. It's has a 2.5 inch all Spring sky jacker lift with the stock rear blocks still in it, duel steering stabilizer, 18x10 rims with 33x12.5 tires. I have installed a Borgeson steering arm, new adjustedable draglink and new front wheel bearings. I know it's an old truck but something is definitely not right... Any ideas???
