It threw p0404 and p0101. Replaced both egr valve and mass airflow sensor. Didn't fix it. Replaced Cat. Now has 12+ codes; PCM and transmission control and others. At a total loss with this truck. Any ideas would be great.

I have recently gotten the feeling there are very few people on this forum, but if you can list the codes it might be helpful. I just had a slew of codes from my transmission internal wiring harness getting oil in the connecters. No idea if thats your issue....
