Previously had both fuel filters changed, but won't start. Was able to prime with pump to get fuel into injection block but no fuel past that when cranking. Also has dual battery set up and notice one of the neg cable ends gets hot as you crank engine can't find info on my scan tool can someone tell me if this sounds elec or injection pump
