Default 7.3 turbo deisel keeps cutting off

1999 7.3 turbo deisel. It starting cutting off while driving and at stops, no codes other than a rear wheel speed sensor. I replace ignition, CPS, IPC sensor, fuel filter, cleaned out the ones in the tank, change the oil and the air sensor at the air filter box. It now starts right up and seems to idle ok but as I slower increase the rpms it starts missings, a week ago a couple of times I had trouble getting it started when it cut off but eventually did. PS: I got the CPI sensor at ADVANCED AUTO, could I have gotten a bad one and is there a way to test it. Thanks

If yours is an automatic, try checking the transmission fluid levels. It may not have anything to do with it at all, but mine would cut off like that and I put more transmission fluid in it and it has run like a top ever since

I know its an old post, Did you ever find your gremlin?
I worked on a similar situation, same truck. ended up being a bad blade terminal on the bulkhead behind the pass compartment fuse panel, the blade folded over and would intermittently disconnect. it was the wire that goes to the pcm.
