Default 1997 f250 7.3 power stroke cutting out

After truck runs for 30 min. Truck over 2000rpms acts like it cuts out and now and then small back fire not constant just here and there.
New pcm, ICP, fuel filter, and cps .

Was the PCM Oem or aftermarket?

Its a aftermarket one . ford told me they dont make them anymore

Have you replaced injectors or fuel pump in valley of truck? It sounds like its not getting enough fuel from what im understanding of situation

Default 1997 f250

New fuel pump , about 6 months ago I changed seals on injectors . its starts doing it after it runs about 35 mins . runs smooth at ideal and thru town.

I feel like might be pre-ignighting like gas cars due, even though there arent spark plugs. Is temp normal? Maybe do a power balance test and or compression test

I know it pulling no codes at all. It ran great until replaced fuel pump and heater in bowl

I also noticed that 1st an 2nd gear ( manual) transmission that it is like lack of power but once hits 3rd it takes off

Something PCM wise is messing up if you cant pull codes. Does it not just connect? Ive heard of the heater in fuel bowl messing trucks up. My gpr messed up my ignition to where it wouldnt shut engine off

Is there anyway to test pcm ? This my diesel motor.
