Ok I've got a noise issue while driving down the road at normal speed. Between 10- 70 mph I hear something rattling In the left front tire area. Sounds like something is loose. If I hit any bumps in the road the sound isn't as bad. Only on a smooth pavement it makes this noise. I've replaced all ball joints ( 8 months old on everything replaced) ), tie rod ends, new rotors, bearings, new tires, shocks are about a year old ( Rancho ). I've even took rotor off to check bearing and make sure they are tight and they are ok. As anyone experienced this issue before? maybe the I Beam bushing could make this sound?

 

The noise is not all ways steady. It makes this noise for about a second on and then off for about 2 seconds then back on. Its driving me NUTTS!@
