Is anyone running factory headbolts with a tuner? Swapping a 2011 6.7 into a 2006 3500, running the engine with the 3rd gen ecu, mild efi live tune just to make the engine more efficient, fleece s463 on 3rd gen man. Do I need head studs.

 

For anyone running tuners on the 6.7 out there, say it's recommended even On mild tunes. There prone to blow. We can't trust ourselves. But again if your not heavy footed, then you might get away with it, but now you haven't installed the engine, might as well do it. You ll get peace of mind.
