I'd like some information on the rebuild process can anyone send me a link on a step by step

 

The process is the same for Dana 60, 70, and 80 rears... just the sizes of the parts change.

Also look at youtube videos. The ones by Carl of Jantz Engineering are especially good, (although their focus goes beyond a basic rebuild).
