Here's my problem the truck runs good actually .when sitting in neutral and I Rev it up and when it comes back down to idle it starts shaking and romping a little at idle but goes away after a couple of seconds . The gas tank has been completely redone new fuel pump new fuel filters full tank . I have a bully dog tuner on it and when I set it to the highest setting I don't get any Blacksmoke also seems to have more power at half throttle then full throttle. Also my service engine light comes on and off seems to come on when I give it gas and goes away when I let off the gas . the bully dog also give me a P 1316 code. What I don't understand is the truck runs amazing at half throttle but soon as I Floor it's like it's on cruse control no gain but definitely much faster at half throttle, and with the bully dog turn on the highest setting I should have black smoke coming out, sometimes I do get Blacksmoke but most of the time I don't get any, not that I want it to smoke I just know when it's at a high setting it should be pushing up some black smoke. Any help would be great thank you very much

 

i'm guessing your running out of ICP, getting rid of that bully dog thing will help some but your hpop cant keep up with the demand.
