Hello all, my truck is an 85 f250 with a banks turbod 6.9 in it. Its been running great the past two months, but now it's having throttle issues. It will rev by itself when on high idle, up to 2200 rpms, will accelerate on its own while driving then drop back to normal throttle, and sometimes has a really hard time staying running after driving for awhile. Do I need to start the fuel system air check or do I need to replace the IP and injectors? Truck has 65k on the clock, but I'm 3rd owner and have no idea of service records or actual mileage on the truck. Any help is appreciated.

 

Any wet looking return caps? just one small leak will make em run weird.

 

I do have leaking return caps but they've been doing that for quite awhile, would buying one of the install kits and redoing the caps and line maybe help? Thanks for the reply man.
