Question Too Good to be True?

Hi everyone I haven't been on here for a long while but I'm still driving my 99 ram and looking to upgrade. I'm here asking your help, I would like to know if there are any major or common issues with the 2013 ram 3500.

I've found a truck on my local classifieds that seems too good to be true its priced at $37500 where the closest comparable trucks (both slt 4x4) come in at 47-51000.

Its a 2013 3500 SRW laramie long bed, its got 35500 kms (~22000 miles) and H&S tuner and EGR DPF delete. Im hoping this is legit the overall condition looks great in pictures but i am concerned about any mechanical issues that could be common. Hopefully its the long bed and less popular colour combo driving the price down.

Is there anything year/generation specific i should lookout for i am not familiar with this generation of truck?

Thanks for any input. I plan to take the truck to a dealer for an inspection before i would purchase
